Prosthetic success of these treatments is due to the balance of its design and to the perfect technical design. The knowledge of our technicians of all the design features ensures at all times the application of the following elements:

• Rigid major connectors, being the modern concept of lower covering of tissues and teeth.
• Preparation of guide plates for proper insertion and stability of the prosthesis with the addition of accurate paral·lelòmetres.
• Using direct retainers (hooks) not traumatic for the abutment teeth.
• Biocompatible metal alloys.
• Process of casting metal with machinery that protects the alloy of oxides in its change from solid to liquid under the effect of a protective gas.
• To enable the clinician recapture physiological edges on free bases (type I, II, Kennedy).
• Incorporation of artificial teeth that achieve a bioaesthetic and function balance for each patient.

To achieve this goal the following points are required from the dentist / stomatologist:

• Functional prints (capture of physiological edges).
• Records for transfer of upper jaw by an arc face.
• Intermaxilar relationship records.

• Photograph of the patient before the teeth loss

To achieve this goal we commit ourselves to the following:

• Elaboration of trays to facilitate obtaining a functional printing.
• Creation of master models respecting physiological edges thanks to the former formwork beforehand.
• Preparation of bases for register.
• Assembly of work models in semiadjustable articulators.
• Teeth placement for bioaesthetic and function testing with bi-balanced occlusion techniques.
• Processing of prosthesis with systems of injection and scheduled polymerization.
• Laboratory reassembly to ensure control of the dimensional changes of acrylic resin.
• Final adjustment incorporating bi-balancing for the necessary stabilization of total prosthesis.
• Delivery of disinfected and hydrated prosthesis.
• Legal documentation needed.
